Elizabeth Warren Asks J.K. Rowling If She Can Teach Defense Against The Dark Arts

Elizabeth Warren is apparently interested in a new job as an instructor of magic.

The Massachusetts senator and former Harvard professor tweeted her interest at J.K. Rowling after the author published a new story detailing the story of a school of witchcraft and wizardry located in Massachusetts. Alluding to her frequent and spot-on attacks against Donald Trump, Warren said she would be up for a role teaching Defense Against The Dark Arts — the course in the Harry Potter series in which students learn how to ward off evil.  Rowling has also attacked Trump.

Looking for a Defense Against the Dark Arts prof, @jk_rowling? Where do I apply? Trump, Death Eaters – I got this! https://t.co/TDgHbeyApU

Warren campaigned with Hillary Clinton on Monday and is also reportedly on her shortlist for vice president — something that would probably interfere with her teaching obligations.
